Through skills training and business development, ELI is committed to provide the people of Africa with life-giving instruction in agriculture, irrigation, animal production, business skills, technology, and spiritual growth. The unique work of ELI has proven itself to be practical, productive, and meaningful; it has become a vital ministry involving an ever-widening circle of people who share in the vision.
When people come to an ELI Training Center, we find out the skills and resources they already have and then teach them how they can use these resources to take steps of progress. Through programs offered to small-scale farmers, churches, and other individuals, many lives are being changed.
