I became a partner with ELI as I sought to further my calling to minister in East Africa with a faith-based organization. I was blessed to find a position that utilizes my leadership and organizational development skills as well as my extensive non-profit capacity-building skills, and look forward to helping ELI accomplish its mission and reach its full potential.As Director of US Operations, I have the overall responsibility for the smooth and efficient running of ELI’s US office, located outside of Los Angeles in Upland, CA. I play a crucial role in the development of ELI administration and organization and provide oversight to the US staff. I manage the inner workings of the organization with an emphasis on human resources, information/technology, communication, marketing, fundraising development, and growing church partnerships.
