Together, we can help thousands of people who are chained to cycles of despair and poverty find freedom for now and eternity. With your help, ELI can focus our training center efforts on four critical areas of empowerment. These “keys to change” that our national team on the ground have identified are MISSION CRITICAL in order to rescue, reconcile, restore, and set free the suffering and lost to become World Changers.

Brewer Training: 30 women for 5 days to equip them with skills and hope in Christ. (5 days x $20 = $100/person or $3k/training)
Alcohol Detox and Rehab: 15 people for 10 days to experience sobriety and identity in Christ. (10 days x $20 = $200/person or $3k/rehab)

Youth Camp: 30 older children for 4 days to reclaim their destinies and futures in Christ (4 days x $20 = $80/person or $2.4k/camp)
Homes of Hope: 30 people for 3 days to enhance vital skills and spiritual growth among family leaders whose homes become a beacon of hope. Includes pastors, chiefs, police, farmers, village elders, & others from the villages. (3 days x $20 = $60/person or $1.8k/group)

Note: An investment of $10,200 will cover all training opportunities described for an entire month (22 days of training).

The Key to Transformation

When you're resigned, isolated, and afraid you have almost no hope. You need a win! You need to try something that does not require significant time or capital investment. BUT IT NEEDS TO WORK. So start with things you already have but look at them in new ways. Think outside the box!

Rekindling hope is not about an overnight solution. Small wins lead to big wins. Equipping people to think differently is a key first step. Wood that is soaking wet needs to dry out. Then once it is dry it can catch a spark. Through an intentional process even the smallest ember can be fanned into the hottest flame.
