Bamba Zihindula Franck
For years, Bamba Zihindula Franck, a mechanic and father of two children at ELI Academy in DR Congo, lived under the weight of addiction and hardship. Alcohol slowly stole his job, his dignity, and the trust of his family and community. What little income he earned was consumed by drinking, leaving his home marked by hunger, shame, and broken relationships. Yet even in the darkness, Bamba held onto a quiet dream: to one day own his own garage and build a better future for his family.

Then, everything began to change when his children told him about the World Changers Parent Training through ELI. Desperate for transformation, Bamba courageously asked to join. Through the training, prayers, and support of the ELI team, Bamba encountered God in a personal and powerful way. “During the training and prayers, I received divine favor to quit alcohol. ELI restored hope and joy in my life! Today, I lead my family and community with joy in Christ.”
From that moment, Bamba never looked back!
Today, Bamba is a restored man—sober, focused, and respected. He now owns and operates his own garage, where he repairs cars, sells spare parts, and trains eight young mechanics. What was once a place of broken trust has become a source of opportunity and dignity for others.
Because of the prayers, generosity, and partnership of friends like you, Bamba’s life has been restored . . . and the impact continues to multiply! Thank you for believing in people like Bamba and for creating lasting change, one transformed life at a time.
