When Faith Ruto first heard about ELI training, she expected an opportunity for financial support. Instead, she found something far greater: an invitation to see her life and her God-given purpose differently!

At the time, Faith was involved in an illegal brewing business, doing whatever she could to survive. The message of hand-ups over hand-outs felt unfamiliar, but through God’s gentle guidance, she chose to attend a training in Ilula, Kenya, and everything began to shift.

Through practical lessons in kitchen gardening, poultry keeping, and dairy farming, Faith discovered the potential in her very own backyard. With training and encouragement, she stepped out in courage and began poultry farming. Soon, she began supplying eggs to a local school, creating a steady income that now helps sustain her household!

This powerful transformation reached her family as well. Her children were able to return to school, and together they launched a tree nursery with 300 seedlings, growing not just plants but a renewed vision and hope for their future. Most importantly, Faith encountered Christ along the way! What began as a search for provision became a journey of spiritual growth and lasting purpose.
