Stephen Musyoka

Stephen Musyoka’s story is a powerful picture of transformation through business training and lasting empowerment! He was working a steady job and earning an income, but it wasn’t nearly enough to meet his family’s needs or build the future he wanted. So, when he was introduced to Business for Life through ELI, he stepped into the training with a strong determination to learn, grow, and change his circumstances.

As Stephen gained new skills and confidence, he was encouraged to immediately put them into action and start building something of his own. He began with something simple: selling milk throughout his community. The early days were not easy, but as he applied the practical lessons from Business for Life, things began to shift. He learned how to track costs, stay consistent, and build trust with customers. What started small grew into a thriving operation, selling over 100 liters of milk a day and eventually expanding into a retail shop.

As his business grew, so did his stability and vision. Stephen moved from survival mode into long-term thinking, purchasing agricultural land and building a home for his family. On his land today, he runs a diverse farm with poultry, beehives, fruit trees, and vegetables. He has also invested in commercial property in town, continuing to build toward generational income and sustainability.
