Willis Ndote

The chokehold of poverty made it hard for this grandfather to provide adequately for his 8 children and 24 grandchildren. Life was difficult physically because of a lack of food and emotionally because of his inability to supply what his family needed.

In an answer to his quiet prayers, Willis encountered an ELI trainer, Nashon, and quickly adopted the farming strategy he learned. Within one growing season his garden was so impressive the neighbors took notice. Knowing the suffering in his community, Willis began training others. His fatherly care has expanded far beyond his own family; today he is helping over 50 people in his village grow food and provide better care for their families as well!
