Ebby Chepchirchir

Ebby Chepchirchir’s story is a phenomenal example of what can happen when we choose to glorify God with the use of our unique spiritual gifts! It all began 18 years ago when she joined the Kipkaren Children’s Home, initiating her incredible journey of becoming a World Changer.

From an early age, Ebby exhibited the characteristics of a gifted leader. This gift continued to develop throughout her time at Brook of Faith Primary School, St. Catherine’s Kesses Girls High School, and finally, Karatina University! Ebby’s leadership skills absolutely flourished in college, propelling her to the position of Class Representative, and later, Secretary General of the University elections.

After an outstanding college career, her professional journey began with a Public Relations (PR) internship at the Kenya School of Government. This launched Ebby into a secured position at Massadr Human Resources, where she further developed her skills and made many valuable connections. Then, with these connections in place, Ebby founded Skyline Group—offering a range of services including PR, communications, business development, and sustainable leadership. But Ebby didn’t stop there! She also thought about the next generation of leaders, inspiring her to launch Skylead Africa—a platform dedicated to training young individuals in entrepreneurship and sustainable leadership. 

The journey is still ongoing as Ebby has also discovered immense joy and fulfillment in ministry and church planting with Mavuno Church in Eldoret, Kenya. Through her involvement with the church’s discipleship program, Mizizi, Ebby generously shares her God-given talents by leading others in uncovering their own spiritual gifts and life’s purpose.

We are overjoyed to watch Ebby’s story continue unfolding as she is using her gifts to make the world a place filled with God’s grace, love, and kindness. She is a radiant beacon of light, an inspiration to others, and a true World Changer igniting World Changers!
