Titus Kirwa
It’s hard to imagine a life beginning with profound loss, but that’s exactly what Titus Kirwa experienced. His mother, Rosebella, passed away due to complications during childbirth, leaving Titus in a very vulnerable situation. He went to live with his elderly grandparents on already overcrowded land, creating an environment where he was unable to thrive or be properly cared for. Hoping to provide stability, opportunity, and a brighter future, his grandparents made the selfless and necessary decision to bring him to the Kipkaren Children’s Home.
Since being welcomed into his ELI family, Titus has grown into a confident and determined young man. Surrounded by loving house parents and a nurturing environment, he has received quality education, spiritual guidance, and daily care that have all changed his life entirely!
Today, Titus is a student at Kebulonik Boys High School and is preparing to sit for his final exams at the end of the year. He enjoys studying English and Agriculture and works hard in his classes as he prepares for the future. One day, Titus hopes to become a police officer, protecting and caring for his community just as his ELI family has protected and cared for him since he was young.
Outside of school, Titus is full of just as much passion! He loves playing soccer with his friends and has a special talent for singing, which he often uses to help lead worship during times of family fellowship. Whether on the soccer field or sharing his voice in song, Titus shines with the joy and confidence that comes from being fully supported and encouraged.
Titus is deeply grateful for his ELI family and for the faithful sponsors who have made his journey possible. Because of their support and God’s guidance, his life has been completely transformed from one of uncertainty and vulnerability to one filled with hope, opportunity, and purpose. Thank you for empowering lives like Titus’ with us!
